vue1200 was our first project in Mazatlan and being new to Mazatlan we placed it between the Golden Zone and Old Mazatlan. The financially successful project sold out and we retained the bottom condo and the commercial unit for rental income purposes.

MAXIMIZING YOUR LIFE IN MEXICO However, we discovered living in vue1200 did not give us the lifestyle we desired. So we developed vueCentro Historico to maximize our time in Mexico. We had searched all over Mexico, living in San Miguel, vacationing and visiting Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Merida, Ixtapa, Costa Maya, and fell in love with Old Mazatlan and now wanted a place that gave us the chance to enjoy it.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The activities, dining, arts and community that exists in Old Mazatlan is what is unique to Mazatlan and what attracted us in the first place. To be part of the community, you need to be in the community. To make the most of Old Mazatlan you have to be in walking distance to easily take advantage of all it has to offer.

DOUBLE YOUR VIEWS In designing vueCentro Historico we did not make long “coffin like“ boxes which are cheaper to build, but took inspiration from the view lines and the unique site. The floorplans take advantage of the location and make your unit some of the most livable in Mazatlan.

Remember that one of the most interesting views is what you see at night. When evaluating our condos, also schedule a nighttime visit to see the difference design makes.

INVESTMENT VALUE The key to making a home purchase profitable is to buy what is going to hold and increase its value. The location and views are complemented by the amenities buyers have come to expect, such as an infinity pool, clubhouse with games area and library, small gym, and adult only sundeck.

The value is increased by using a builder whose structures have stood for decades in Mazatlan and uses an architectural design that complements Old Mazatlan. Add a deep pocketed developer who retain a substantial portion of their developments as investments and you have the foundation to base an investment decision on.

ASK US to set up a meeting with your fellow American and Canadian owners who have already purchased after looking at all the options.
